Returns & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or already opened upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return or refund:

Video evidence is mandatory, recorded from the moment the package is first opened, clearly showing the condition of the product. This is required to ensure transparency and prevent false claims.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
Requests submitted outside the 14-day period or without the required video evidence will not be eligible for a refund or replacement
